1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 345e Game platform — whether through the website at 345egame.win or through the mobile app — and by registering an account, placing bets, depositing funds or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you accept them without reservation.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 345e Game. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform. Verification may include requesting a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address or confirmation of your payment method. Failure to provide verification documents when requested may result in account suspension and withdrawal of pending funds pending investigation.

3Account Rules

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Your username, password and any two-factor authentication details must not be shared with any other person. 345e Game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 345e Game immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. You can contact support via live chat at any time. We will take immediate steps to secure your account upon receiving your report.

Accounts are for personal use only. You may not allow any other person to place bets or make transactions through your account. Sharing an account, even temporarily with a family member, is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.

If you wish to change your registered details — including your name, address, mobile number or linked payment method — you must contact the support team and provide supporting documentation. Self-service changes to key registration details are not permitted without verification.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

345e Game processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. Mobile wallet transfers are processed in real time for standard amounts.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary depending on your payment method and account verification status. The platform reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without advance notice, though standard player limits are generally stable.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the support team has approved an alternative arrangement in writing.
• Standard JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one hour during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

• Live in-play bets are subject to the odds available at the time the bet is accepted by the system. Bets placed during a delay in the live feed may be voided if the event outcome was already determined at the time of placement.
• 345e Game reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that resulted from a technical error, data feed error or obvious pricing mistake.

For casino games and slots, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG). Published RTP (Return to Player) rates represent statistical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for individual sessions. Bingo games are conducted according to the rules displayed within each bingo room.

7Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

345e Game is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets, play games or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover such errors are expected to report them to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to share information, coordinate bets or manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer or live casino settings.

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent deposit or chargeback activity. All suspicious financial activity is reported to the relevant authorities.

8Account Suspension and Closure
